General Return Policy: If this item arrives and does not significantly match the description or pictures above, you may return it for a full refund. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return it within 7 days. Due to contractual obligations with our consignees, we do not give partial credits or adjustments. Shipping and handling costs paid by the buyer will not be refunded. Industrial Items: Many of our items are very heavy, shipping is expensive for us. We sell exactly what we list. We feel there is no reason to accept returns unless damaged in shipment. You can always call and we can discuss returns for reasons other than damage.
